Looking forward to trying your fruit canning recipes for peaches& strawberries( strawberries just staring to come in down in central Florida area, I have a son and his wife who live in Springfield Missouri and we enjoy our visits all over Missouri. Beautiful Country. I will continue to follow your blog, as I enjoy hearing about country folks who still have gardens and enjoy canning and living off the land. I wish more folks would follow you and your husbands outlook on life. This country would sure be better for it Ron Coleman February 1,2014
