We have another 3 Bourbon Red turkeys to hatch in the incubator bringing our total to 16 with another hen sitting out in the turkey house on a nest of eggs.
O Wise One came in yesterday evening and said that the setting turkey hen out in the turkey pen has a clutch starting to hatch out there also. He counted 6 so far.

At butchering age these should make a nice addition to the freezer and pantry this fall and also supply me with a holiday turkey as well.
