Would you believe, this is the first successful year I have had with watermelons and I have been admiring how big they are getting...when all of the sudden, I find one in the back bucket of my two-year olds tricycle! He had plucked it and was hauling it around (which would have been cute if it were READY to harvest-but it wasn't.)

    Ah- the perils of gardening with children and especially, my two year old!
