Lift Thine Eyes To The Heavens

When you live on the farm and plant, toil and harvest on the land. You learn to watch the skies. And if I live to be 100 the sight of that sun coming over those eastern hills will still take my breath I think. For years I lived in the city and by sunrise I was sitting in traffic and I never looked up at the sky. For all those years I missed this.  The solitude and breath taking majesty of a sunrise.

And the setting of the sun can be no different. The western view is also breathtaking.
