Scalloped Corn



They don't call this comfort food for nothing !


Scalloped Corn

2 cups corn
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk or half and half
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp paprika
1 cup cracker crumbs
2/3 cup diced cheese

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
