With corn still in the freezer from last year both on the cob and off I decided to put some in jars this year to save freezer space. The corn crop wasn't the greatest this year but we did manage to get some up. I usually don't can corn because it takes FOREVER to cook.
Also yet again more blackberries for the freezer and okra and red beans.
For Supper tonight I am going to do Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches fried breaded squash and corn on the cob with the last of the roasting ears.
