They may be a month late but they sure are good! My Doyle blackberries are loaded and loving the cooler temperatures of late. My blackberry brambles, grape vines and fruit trees were some of the best investments I made early on after buying this farm. They have paid off a 100 plus times in food they have produced through the years with little or no upkeep.
Lots of blackberry bread and cobbler this winter for my family ! Most of these I will freeze since I have more jelly and jam right now than I need. These things are big as the end of my thumb and juicy with the rain of late. Baby O has been eating them just in a bowl with whipped cream on them.
