Fall Turnips


What's in my garden right now? Turnips : )




We are loving those fresh turnip greens with just a touch of bacon for flavor and chopped onions and a small turnip chopped into it.


For those who haven't tried it here is my recipe for Scalloped Turnips.


What is your favorite way to eat turnips?

    Oh. My. Word!! I love turnips and turnip greens, but I have never, ever heard of scalloped turnips. I will absolutely be making them this weekend!
