I love to try out new recipes. Now that my family is so small I don't make cakes often but every now and then I get in the mood for cake. This time it was pound cake. Oh my....
10 eggs, a pound of butter, pound of sugar.....what a cake !
Drizzled with a little chocolate icing! The whole house smells of nutmeg..

The only thing I would change is that that hour and a half cooking time was way too long for my oven....
