Just In Time

Haven't been blogging much these days because I have been trying to get this quilt finished. It is for my neighbor's sister who is very ill and awaiting a transplant. Her sister wanted to give her a really special gift this year. She crossstitched the blocks and I hand quilted it for her. It had to be done by the 18th. That is when they are having their Christmas get together for her family. I made it just in the nick of time. She picked it up last night!

Nothing like completing a task in record time to give you a sense of accomplishment!
