Bridges of Madison County?

Who can forget Robert and Francesca? The chance meeting of a photographer and a housewife?

Yes ladies I confess! I Loooovvve Clint : )

Francesca:

"Robert, please. You don't understand, no-one does. When a woman makes the choice to marry, to have children; in one way her life begins but in another way it stops. You build a life of details. You become a mother, a wife and you stop and stay steady so that your children can move. And when they leave they take your life of details with them. And then you're expected move again only you don't remember what moves you because no-one has asked in so long. Not even yourself. You never in your life think that love like this can happen to you. "

I need a picture of O Wise One in his favorite truck! We ride around the gravel roads in the old red truck and he takes me to the store and buys me an ice cream and we tour the dirt roads just looking at the scenery and the wildlife and flowers and crops. Told you guys I was a cheap date.

Yes we have a perfectly good modern truck but what fun is that? It actually was his fathers last truck before he passed away. He has kept it all these years !!

See.....I have met my Robert!
He has a truck exactly like Clint

Now all we need is a covered bridge ( :

  1. What more could a girl ask for! Love the old red truck; they have a lot more character than the newer models. Have an awesome weekend!

  6. Love the truck. Never saw the movie, the book was a let down when I read it--go figure.

But the paragraph you posted from it? Yeah. Makes complete and total sense to me and fits 110%. Wow. That so sums up my life for the last twenty plus years. =/
