Squash Casserole


Squash Casserole

2 pounds yellow squash cubed
8 oz container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion chopped
6 oz package herb stuffing mix
1 stick butter or margarine melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Place squash in a saucepand and cover with water and cook until nearly tender. Drain. Mix squash, with all other ingredients.Spoon into a greased13 X 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown. Serves 8

Hints:

I cook my squash in the microwave.

Try adding a couple cooked chicken breast cut into chunks to it.
