My entire house smells like zucchini bread this morning. Everyone's mouths are watering. Breakfast is coffee and warm bread fresh from the oven.

I love zucchini bread and yours looks so good . . . I wish I was there to sit at your breakfast table this morning.
ReplyDeleteHave a glorious day and enjoy the smells coming from your kitchen . . . how wonderful:)
CQ,
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better than smelling fresh homemade zucchini bread baking in the oven first thing in the morning.
What a coincidence! I just made two loaves yesterday evening using your recipe, giving me one to eat now and one for the freezer. It's delicious! I couldn't wait for it to cool before slapping on the butter. Of course I had it for breakfast and lunch today. I may need to pull that extra loaf out of the freezer quicker than I thought.
ReplyDeleteIt's been so wet here that we were unable to get more than a few tomato plants in and potatoes in a tower. I think we're at 13.4 inches of rain for only June, the wettest since the 1800s. I have no zucchini at all, quite different than previous years when I would have been in the garden daily picking squash bugs, so no bread for us this time. Yours looks great.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, that looks wonderful! I see above, that you have a recipe for it, and I have go to find it right away. One question. Would you have any idea, why I just got your e-mail for the first time, when I saved your blog long ago. I just looked at the blogs I have saved, and there are none listed. So, I guess this is the reason? maybe? Sheila
ReplyDeleteI love that bread! I can almost smell it.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to take shredded zucchini from the freezer tomorrow (last summer's crop) and bake mini loaves tomorrow. I like the mini loaves over one large loaf, easier to get through.
