Bless My Bloomers

A promise of things to come! With rain almost everyday this week I have accomplished very little it seems. It's weeks like this that i get frustrated because with warm weather I want to do so much but can't because the ground is so wet. I did manage to get a little mowing done early in the week and some cleaning and re-digging the edges of the asparagus beds. I had so wanted to get manure tea put on the garden and the asparagus beds finished this week. I guess next week is another week. The good thing is that with all the rain the flowers and garden are growing like mad...just like the weeds : )

Iris basking in the illusive morning sun.

Columbine along a shady walk! The hummingbirds that love them so much have finally arrived and are buzzing everywhere.

The smell of roses on the breeze....

mixed with a touch of Iris!

A riot of colors and smells

Natures beauty that springtime show

No wonder we all look so hard for that illusive sign of spring!

Hope everyone is has a wonderful and safe weekend!
