Sometimes we'll use 5 or 6 a week, then we may go several weeks without using any.
I could do this while they are fairly reasonably priced.
They don't need to be blanched or anything, do they? Just dice and freeze?
Thanks, CQ!LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603192921512857639.post-31115789835825634072012-10-24T13:43:02.763-05:002012-10-24T13:43:02.763-05:00Probably my favorite thing to freeze too! I either chop them and flash freeze so they separate easily or I'll put them in the food processor, JUST long enough to where there is a tiny bit of juice. Then I freeze them into ice cube trays--once frozen, I'll vacuum pack the cubes to keep them longer (once seal is broken, I still keep them in a freezer bag). Popping out a few "cubes" of onion for soups, etc, makes it so quick and simple!Cheree @ The Morning Latte https://www.blogger.com/profile/05537258163077932864noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603192921512857639.post-9847699898071745802012-10-24T12:06:03.513-05:002012-10-24T12:06:03.513-05:00A great idea .
