My husband rubs them with olive oil and roasts them on the grill or I melt a little butter in a skillet and drain the potatoes and put them in the melted butter and coat then put them in the oven and roast until they start to brown a little on the edges stirring them from time to time to keep them from sticking. the canned quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08161381921874364319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603192921512857639.post-59439202318503617832014-08-13T19:19:36.265-05:002014-08-13T19:19:36.265-05:00I have potato envy! I love the idea of canning potatoes and being able to open a jar whenever I want to use some, instead of having them and needing to peel or whatever else they might need before they are eaten each time. I read a blog of someone's who uses her canned potatoes for mashed potatoes. They just have to be heated up and mashed after opening the jar.Ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13764379862617396667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603192921512857639.post-87946615934262990782014-08-13T09:41:46.785-05:002014-08-13T09:41:46.785-05:00I use my canned potatoes in stews, with roasts, an...I use my canned potatoes in stews, with roasts, and love them for fried potatoes tookathyinozarkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01644138355524729156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603192921512857639.post-70778398273501564442014-08-13T09:41:07.901-05:002014-08-13T09:41:07.901-05:00awesomeawesomekathyinozarkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01644138355524729156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603192921512857639.post-63428117214153456482014-08-13T09:22:57.999-05:002014-08-13T09:22:57.999-05:00I'm curious what all you can used canned potat...I'm curious what all you can used canned potatoes for.
